BoatSafe Heaters

BoatSafe builds us custom heaters for our application. After some tweak's the product works well in our manufactured vehicles. If only someone would answer the phone when you call, not just the VM system.

well made heater last on lasted over 15 years.

I have used several of their bilge heaters for 10-15 years now, and they worked perfectly, even though I managed to flood one once with water and diesel fuel and it still worked after that. Just now I ordered another one to replace the previous flooded one. A shipping error was made, and Boatsafe contacted me before it even arrived and they re-shipped the correct one instantly. Anyone can make a mistake, but you can really tell how good they are by what happens when an error occurs. They handled this perfectly. I am still smiling and very happy with the products. :)

BoatSafe Provided a terrific response, ... twice. Actually, goes back two years when I bought a 1000 watt heater that did not turn on until 25 F .... a very bad discrepancy . Contacted Hayden Goer and he immediately said that there were problems with my series of heaters and offered to replace. An order for replacement was made ... but item did not reach shipping. I contacted Marie and she acted immediately and scheduled shipment. My view: Mistakes are made ... but it is the response after the mistake that defines the company , (or the person)! .. Add: To my amazement, over a lifetime, (79 years), ... any organization, large or small, takes on the personality of the person in charge. BoatSafe surely must have a top notch CEO!?
